This involved organizing focus groups comprised of both internal and external participants, as well as facilitating a workshop with company leaders. These sessions were instrumental to understanding perceptions of the company and getting feedback.<\/p>\n
Insights gained added to the development of the tagline and the following five pillars, which serve as the foundation for how the company is Proudly Creating Better Futures:<\/p>\n
